After a furnace fire left smoke damage throughout our home, Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration stepped in immediately. I called them the night of the fire, and they returned my call right away, sending someone out the next day to assess the damage and sending the team over to get to work the following day. They scrubbed every room, scrubbed carpets, cleaned ducts, repainted walls, and packed all our belongings for deep cleaning. Everything came back perfectly packed, spotless, and undamaged. Let's say they went above and beyond. I can’t say enough about every person I spoke with and everyone who was in my home. They were all kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. They answered every question promptly, whether by text or call, and made a stressful time so much easier. If you need restoration services, Panhandle is the team to call.

I highly recommend Panhandle. Professional, efficient and quality work. We had a leak in the wall that required a small area to be ripped out, dried, cleaned and then put back. Zach, Ethan, Dusty & John are all friendly & communicate well.

I recently experienced the remediation process at Casa Limonada Boutique Motel on Lido Key, Sarasota. I was incredibly impressed by the level of professionalism and dedication from Guillermo and Alonzo the team managers from Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration. The team swiftly addressed every concern with precision and care, ensuring that the impact on our property was minimal. Communication was easy, clear,and beyond words. So appreciated Jerry, Chad and all at Panhandle who gave so generously of their time in assessing my Aunt’s building and personal items damaged by a Christmas Eve fire. Despite having no insurance in place nor the funds to ultimately retain the services of Panhandle, Jerry and Chad were extremely attentive and responsive to her every request and issue. I cannot express to you how much our family appreciated how compassionately you handled her and her loss of a special building and so many personal items. Thank you!!!

I was pleased with Panhandle's work. They were very polite and fairly quick in their scheduling. The job foreman of the restoration team, DJ, was very responsive and polite, and he didn't leave until I was satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Panhandle’s team have been wonderful during my restoration. I had a water line break resulting in a flood on my main floor including ceiling and drywall damage. They came immediately after I called to begin their work. The guys were polite, respectful, and easy to work with. The finished product is better than I could have imagined. I appreciated the ongoing communication and frequent check-ins. They went above and beyond to instill confidence and ensure that I was informed and comfortable the entire time. A big thanks to Steve and DJ for promptly answering all of my extra questions! I’d recommend them to anyone and if ever needed, they will be my first call.

Comment: As far as the Panhandle company I have no complaints. They worked fast to see that my home was restored back to normal in a timely fashion. Always kept in touch with me & always answered messages. At first I thought the cleaning was ok but as I started placing things back I am finding a lot of places missed in cleaning. The cleaning crew was not up to my expectations. They used sloppy wet rags, meaning water was dripping from the rags as they tried to clean the walls. Did not have adequate ladders to use on my high ceilings. I can't rate them very highly. As for the painters, they are top notch. I give them a very high rating. Best painters I have ever worked with. Very clean & neat with everything they did. At I have sent messages to State Farm adjusters & Steve Wintle but no one answers my messages. I was told I have one year for anything else that occurs or if I have decided to replace my blinds or sofa. My security system malfunctioned twice. Called security company. Two units needed replaced because of soot in the mechanism. I sent 2 bills 2-3 times. No one will get back to me. Other wise, I give Panhandle kudos

After a flood at my house these guys came into the next day and started the cleaning process. Then the restoration began and they did a top notch job. Perfection, I am 110% satisfied with their work. Very professional and listen to my every need. Gave my house back to me way better than I even thought possible. Thank you Panhandle, and thank you Dusty for your patience with me. Bravo guys.

I had a wet spot with some mold on my garage ceiling, gave Panhandle cleaning & restoration a call and from day 1, they were extremely helpful. They came out and gave me an great estimate and I hired them on the spot. They were in constant contact, sent photos of progress and the final result were excellent. Would highly recommend!
