We used Panhandle at our School and they did a very good job. The employees were very professional and nice, and the job was very well done. We will definitely use them again.

Panhandle was absolutely amazing to deal with after some nightmare experiences with other restoration companies and contractors. I can’t say how impressed I was with their sense of urgency and also their level of detail in making sure my home looked perfect when they left. They also were there when they said they were going to be there and I would recommend them to anyone!

I am very impressed. Everyone has been so helpful, prompt, professional, and kind.

The workers did a good job of cleaning up the basement and cutting up and removing the wet carpet. They also disinfected the flooring and the bottom of the containers that had been on the floor. My only problem was getting the bill sent to the responsible party for the sewer backup.

My home flooded and Panhandle took care of the mitigation and restoration and did a great job. It looks 10x better than it did before. Would use them again for future projects

Comment: The guys were very efficient and very knowledgeable about the work that they were doing. I was very pleased with their work.

We were affected by the floods in Wheeling/Triadelphia area. Mason French and Rick Grayson were incredibly helpful and efficient in getting our basement cleaned up and stripped of the drywall. They were incredibly professional, hard working, and knowledgeable about any questions we had. These guys are some of the best workers I've ever encountered in any home projects I have had done.

Working with Panhandle is always incredibly smooth, efficient and they definitely know the restoration business.

I used Panhandle to assess my windows and wall after a rainstorm leak. They were prompt and professional and helped me understand the source and options for repair. They also gave me peace of mind on the question of mold. I have seen their work on storm cleaning and restoration and they are awesome. Highly recommend.

I had new flooring installed and other inside projects that created a lot of dust and thought now would be a good time to have the air ducts cleaned (actually way overdue). I chose Panhandle because of their reputation, their quote to do the job and they were able to schedule me within a couple weeks of our conversation (working around my schedule). The two young men (Ethan and David) arrived on time. They unloaded their equipment (one worked inside and one outside). Ethan (I know I spelled your name wrong) broke EVERYTHING down for me as far as the duct cleaning process before they started the job. Very professional, courteous and NEAT!!! When they left you couldn’t even tell anyone was here. I am so happy I chose Panhandle Cleaning. Ethan and David if I could give you two fellas more than five stars I would ‘cause you sure do deserve it. Keep it up!!!

Zach and his team at Panhandle are a pleasure to work with. I am a property manager and had extensive water intrusion to my Longboat Key property during Hurricane Ian. Zach had a crew out the very next day to start drying out 27 condo units. They were there for weeks until all work had been completed and the property was restored. I also used Panhandle at my Moms house when she got mold from a leak in her attic. They are professional, courteous, and fast! The customer service cannot be beat. Zack is super knowledgeable and was able to help us understand the insurance claim process and it made the whole stressful ordeal so much easier to navigate. I hope I never need them again, but if I have a problem with water or mold, I know who to call.

Many thanks to the great crew from Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration who came to my rescue recently and helped with the cleanup after I had 6 inches of sewage and water in my basement from the community's backed up sewer system. Mason French, Chris Deathrow, Barry Lewellyn, Matt Kodrin and Robert Harris were amazing and very professional. Within 5 hours of contacting them and explaining the situation, they had a manager here to assess the problem and the next morning the team was here before 8 am. They worked continuously until 6:30 pm that evening with only a short break for lunch. The following day they were back with dumpsters to load the damaged items from the basement and remove them. Without this fine crew I'd have been here until next year this time cleaning up the mess, it was so overwhelming. They direct billed my insurance company even providing pictures of the damage with before, during and after pictures. I can't say enough nice things about the polite young men you sent to rescue this aging person. Kudos to Panhandle for a job well done. Many thanks to all!

Comment: The work is done, I am very happy with the job the workers did. These workers from Panhandle were so professional and good at their jobs, I was very impressed. Bill showed up every day to check the progress and make sure it was being completed in a timely manner and professionally. I was impressed with him also.

We recently had sewage in our basement. Between all of the different people/companies we had to deal with, Panhandles employees were the only ones who were kind. They came out quickly in the night. The guys who showed up were so friendly and helpful. The people I spoke with in the office were sooo kind!! They were understanding of our situation and willing to help in whatever ways they could. Truly the only positive thing in something so terrible was Panhandle.

Comment: I'm highly compelled to write to you and convey my sincerest of gratitude for the renovation work that has been performed at my home over the past several months. In doing so, I want to acknowledge the professionalism, hard work, positive attitudes and pride your workers took in making sure the job was done with the highest quality craftsmanship. There are some specific individuals I want to commend to your attention that were on the job consistently that deserve special recognition. From my first dealings with Lawrence Mack and his responsiveness and continuing to follow through on the projects has made the experience enjoyable and lowered the stress level tremendously. Others include Jerry, & Josh who consistently worked diligently to complete the project. The supervisors Jacob and Dave always followed up and communicated. You and you team must be so proud of the business you have developed over the years and I know that you feel the same as I do when it comes to knowing that employees make the difference in the success of a business.
