Panhandle did a great job with the clean up with the water in the basement, John did a super job with dry wall and painting, Steve's guys also did a great job with the flooring and carpeting, if something ever happens again, which I hope it doesn't, but if it does I'm going back to Panhandle to do the work, kudos to you guys. WE ARE A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Comment: Jerry Zupper came to the house to initiate the repair process. He is a caring individual who was great to work with, easily accessible and made sure the expected work associated with the assessment was completed. He gets very high accolades from us.
Our issue was tree damage. The tree hit the chimney first, then the roof, gutter, siding then the front porch.
Through the several week repair process, Jeremy from Ultimate Roofing who repaired the damaged siding and corner mold said multiple times to me that he would be back to purge the chimney.
He also communicated this to Jerry and possesses text messages to that effect. Well, Jeremy never showed up so I had to hire a roofer to do what Jeremy promised to do. The work was satisfactorily completed. The same roofer discovered that the newly shingles roof in front of the chimney was very soft and caving when walked on. He had to redo 64 sq feet of the roof in front of the chimney which cost me $400. The original Roofing crew fixed weak areas in the back but neglected the area that was originally hit by the tree.
Josh Bell repaired the front porch and he did an excellent job, and the crew that replaced the gutters and down spouts performed satisfactorily.
On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being excellent, Jerry Zupper is a 25+.
We are thankful that we are now repaired.

Ron and Chris were friendly and professional and did a great job on my carpet. They were right in the time frame and worked quickly but efficiently.

Pricing was upfront and the final price was actually reduced after the work was completed. Everyone was extremely polite and cooperative. My one complaint is that there were several delays and I had to call in to ask about them, rather than Panhandle proactively contacting me to explain about the need to reschedule or arrive later.

We used Panhandle at our School and they did a very good job. The employees were very professional and nice, and the job was very well done. We will definitely use them again.

Panhandle was absolutely amazing to deal with after some nightmare experiences with other restoration companies and contractors. I can’t say how impressed I was with their sense of urgency and also their level of detail in making sure my home looked perfect when they left. They also were there when they said they were going to be there and I would recommend them to anyone!

I am very impressed. Everyone has been so helpful, prompt, professional, and kind.

The workers did a good job of cleaning up the basement and cutting up and removing the wet carpet. They also disinfected the flooring and the bottom of the containers that had been on the floor. My only problem was getting the bill sent to the responsible party for the sewer backup.

My home flooded and Panhandle took care of the mitigation and restoration and did a great job. It looks 10x better than it did before. Would use them again for future projects

I just want to say that Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration have been excellent! They are prompt, efficient, friendly, professional and knowledgeable! And, they are a one stop shop! I highly recommend their services!!
