We’ve used Panhandle Restoration multiple times, and every experience with Todd has been nothing short of exceptional. His crew—Ethan and Dakota—have also been fantastic. Their consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude are exactly why we keep coming back. Most recently, they went above and beyond to make a difficult situation much easier for us. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and treated our property with the utmost care and respect. i had an absolutely lovely experience with this company as a whole! martin is a true angel who was so cooperative with me and explained the process so well. mason, tristan and rob are all sweethearts and did such a lovely job restoring my home! so quickly everything went from feeling hopeless in a rotted moldy room to feeling like new potential. and the gnarly state of my basement was dealt with wonderfully as well, i couldn’t be more grateful to have found the right company with honorable good people who get the job done crazy good (and super fast for that matter!) thank you thank you thank you to this company for helping me take such a large step in my life 💜

Comment:

The initial advisor/salesperson was good as was the follow up visit to check on the work. The actual people conducting the clean up did a very good job although they seemed a little inexperienced or better put lacked the depth of knowledge. The issue comes with billing as even asking for an invoice three times (once via voicemail and twice via email) it took seven weeks to be billed. When the invoice was sent to me it lacked any detail just having a single line for the cost. Having a flooded basement, I would not have argued on price but I would have appreciated more transparency in pricing.

Panhandle did a great job with the clean up with the water in the basement, John did a super job with dry wall and painting, Steve's guys also did a great job with the flooring and carpeting, if something ever happens again, which I hope it doesn't, but if it does I'm going back to Panhandle to do the work, kudos to you guys. WE ARE A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Martin ensured our basement was absolutely spotless! I cannot thank Panhandle enough for taking such good care of us. The communication was clear, progress photos were shared, and the pricing was great. I will most definitely hire them again in the future!

Comment: Jerry Zupper came to the house to initiate the repair process. He is a caring individual who was great to work with, easily accessible and made sure the expected work associated with the assessment was completed. He gets very high accolades from us. Our issue was tree damage. The tree hit the chimney first, then the roof, gutter, siding then the front porch. Through the several week repair process, Jeremy from Ultimate Roofing who repaired the damaged siding and corner mold said multiple times to me that he would be back to purge the chimney. He also communicated this to Jerry and possesses text messages to that effect. Well, Jeremy never showed up so I had to hire a roofer to do what Jeremy promised to do. The work was satisfactorily completed. The same roofer discovered that the newly shingles roof in front of the chimney was very soft and caving when walked on. He had to redo 64 sq feet of the roof in front of the chimney which cost me $400. The original Roofing crew fixed weak areas in the back but neglected the area that was originally hit by the tree. Josh Bell repaired the front porch and he did an excellent job, and the crew that replaced the gutters and down spouts performed satisfactorily. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being excellent, Jerry Zupper is a 25+. We are thankful that we are now repaired.

Ron and Chris were friendly and professional and did a great job on my carpet. They were right in the time frame and worked quickly but efficiently.

Pricing was upfront and the final price was actually reduced after the work was completed. Everyone was extremely polite and cooperative. My one complaint is that there were several delays and I had to call in to ask about them, rather than Panhandle proactively contacting me to explain about the need to reschedule or arrive later.
