I'm a little behind on getting this review out but on 7/31/20, I had my air ducts cleaned. The 2 gentlemen that came were on time, very knowledgeable and extremely kind. They put everything back the way it was and left no trace of being at my home. The staff when scheduling was also very nice and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

One of the most community minded organizations I have ever seen. Always looking for ways to help support others. A great success story that has been doing fantastic work for more than 40 years in the service industry. Way to go Panhandle. My only call for any cleaning / restoration needs for myself, family and friends!

Great company to work for!

Panhandle crew has been amazing. My house flooded from waterline break in my upstairs bathroom. I’ve been working with them for a few weeks now. Every employee has been so understanding compassionate and professional. Team manager Tim Capps has by far gone above and beyond to help me understand the process and ensure they were doing everything possible to get me moving in right directions. A few others Robert, Sara, Amber, and Branden I have had pleasure of working with. Good company and good people!!! Thanks for everything !

The men that came to scrub our rug were very professional and very nice. They did a great job, we had a stain from years ago that another company could not remove Panhandle had no problem removing it. I would highly recommend them.

Blake Holskey was in charge of making sure everything was cleaned up and restored after a car had gone through our building. The inside and outside had been repaired and replaced perfectly and I was very pleased with how everything looked upon completion. Thank you for your great services!!

It is always a great experience working with Donnie, Melvin, Donna and James. They are friendly and willing to do help out in any way. I would like to thank your wonderful cleaning crew that takes care of the Diocesan offices in East Wheeling. Your team of Donald Milliken, James Cooke, Melvin Holmes, Tracy Conti and Donna Carney goes above and beyond to make sure that our facilities are spic and span. Office spaces, entry ways, bathrooms, meeting spaces and common spaces are all in very good condition when we arrive each morning. We never have a problem with trash removal, and spring and fall cleaning go quite well. They actually grab our coffee mugs, wash them and return them ready to go the next day! It's that personal touch and attention to detail that we appreciate the most about our Panhandle family. In my 24 years of service at the Diocese, I can attest this is the best cleaning crew we have had.

My wife and I would like to thank Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration for building us a beautiful, perfectly constricted pool house. From the layout of the plan, to completion, we couldn’t be more happy. We chose Panhandle because they have seen it all when it comes to construction mishaps. We are confident our build was done correctly the first time because they know what poor construction can lead to. The Panhandle crew are true perfectionists. During the process and every step of the way Mike Bott, the general contractor, took the time and attention needed to make sure everything was perfectly constructed and all of our needs were exceeded. I would like to personally thank whole Panhandle Crew and especially the Contraguerro Family (Bob Sr, Bob Jr, Tom and Josh) for making our dreams become a reality. I highly recommend the professionals at Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration for the misfortunes of disaster cleanup or for new construction.

I had ceiling repair done due to water damage. Work was done on time according to the time scheduled. Wade did a good job. Weeks after the job was done, it still looks like no damage ever happened. There were also 2 carpet cleaners -- Shane & Scott, I think -- who were needed, and they did a fine job, too.

Liked panhandle C & R

The workmen did a good job cleaning my carpeting. I appreciated them being on time and finishing the job in a relatively short time.. However, do have a suggestion. I think it would be nice to have shoe covers for the workman and one for me to use while the carpets are drying. A couple of years ago, Panhandle cleaned my vents and I recommended the service to my friends.

In the past year, I have gone to Pandhandle for 4 different projects. My mother actually started the first two before she passed away, but Panhandle completed everything in a timely manner and made sure that they kept me up to date on the work that they were doing so that there were no surprises. When we did find surprise dry rot on the siding of my house, they worked quickly to solve the problem so that my project was not delayed. If I need them in the future, I will definitely be calling them up. On my latest project (insulation in the garage and a window in the upstairs hallway), Mr. William Taylor came over immediately for an estimate and to give me an idea of what I was looking at. Once I signed the contract, Mr. Ricky Moore was my project manager and her was very efficient and addressed any concerns that came up. The workers were very professional and worked the entire time they were at my house. I would definitely recommend them to others, and have.

I turned to Panhandle to redo my entire room (ceiling’s water damage, painting, drywall), and they did an EXCELLENT job. I cannot believe how professional and wonderful they were to be around while getting this job done. Wade, Jack, and William were amazing to work with and got the job done within a week! I will recommend them to everyone I know who also needs work done!
