Panhandle did some insurance work for me. From my first contact with Rob Lowe out of the Wheeling office to the top notch crew run by Brad Kelley out of the Pittsburgh office, they were extremely professional and went above and beyond in many ways. Finished product was excellent. Highly recommended!

The Panhandle personnel, from the estimators, to the project managers were efficient, thorough and responsive. Their communications skills made it very easy to work with them. The quality of theith work was excellent and the costs were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Panhandle was prompt, did great work on the restoration, great job packing and labelling my personal belongings, and they always communicated well with me regarding the schedule and insurance issues. I can breathe a sign of relief now that the garage is clean, there is no trace of smoke, and all my salvable belongings are back. I will recommend Panhandle to any of my family and friends unfortunate enough to need cleaning and restoration services.

Great comprehensive fix! We lost part of our roof in a storm-- Panhandle replaced the roof, repaired the ceiling leak (with a fairly intricate pattern), repainted the entire area which had no natural breaks, and replaced the water damaged doorbell. We had great communication with the project managers, great cooperation with them working with our insurance company, and the workers did an excellent job.

Panhandle representative Zach responded quickly and professionally with several water detecting tools. He was open and honest with the results and his suggested remedy. Zach is a rare find in Florida. I hope I never have another water damage issue but if I do I’m calling Zach with Panhandle.

Hurricane Ian took the roof off my home and dumped about 2 feet of rainwater inside. The entire house had to be gutted down to the studs and remediated for mold. Panhandle Restoration of Sarasota is hands down the best company that I have dealt with throughout this entire rebuild process. Their crews were so friendly, caring, hard working, and meticulous with the remediation and cleaning that it blew me away. One of the workers told me “we are going to do our best job on your house to make it brand new again” and they did. They were up in my attic scrubbing and treating all of the boards by hand and the house passed mold tests with flying colors after failing just two weeks prior. Someone commented about how my house even smelled like fresh lumber after their work. They were very fair with the price for the amount of demo and cleaning they did and I would highly recommend to anyone needing mold or water remediation. Look at the pictures of the studs and trusses. The pics speak for themselves. We are almost back in our home now, and I am confident it is even better than ever! Discovers some mold behind my base boards when I returned from vacation. Called panhandle the next day and they had an estimate for me. Another day later and my problems were solved. From the estimate, to the containment, to the removal of mold found in my basement, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Will undoubtedly use them again if the need arises.

My carpets and floors were done today by Ron and Chris! I am soooo pleased!! They did a fantastic job very quickly, were right on time and very pleasant. I use this company every year, sometimes twice!! Incredibly affordable, especially since I really do my homework! Worth every penny… y’all have a customer for life!!!

Zach was very prompt and a pleasure to deal with. He provided a comprehensive evaluation. He also provided us with the name of a reliable vendor to repair our issues. His honesty regarding what remediation was necessary saved us many thousands of dollars despite resulting in not requiring further services from his own company. I would unhesitatingly recommend him to any potential customer.

We discovered a leak that had been unknown for months, we were concerned with what kind of water damage could have been done over that time. Panhandle came out that same day and by the end of the day the affected area was dried out and all tests were done to ease our mind. Chad and his crew were beyond amazing helping my mom and I move. Chad seriously went above and beyond to make everything perfect! It was already a stressful situation and not the easiest, but he did everything in his power to make everything easier and as smooth as possible! He truly is an amazing person and we are beyond thankful for him and all of the guys who helped us both days!
