Complete reconstruction of bathroom. I just want to say that Panhandle is the best. I had a major moisture and black mold issue with my bathroom and panhandles crew came out and literally rebuilt my bathroom from the ground up. All of the contents of the bathroom had to be replaced also.. The toilet, the vanity, the fixtures, etc. everything was affected by the severe moisture damage, floor movement, and mold. One of the main support beams on the outside wall was completely damaged from water, also the entire floor and all joists had to be replaced and four 17,000 lb jacks were put in place to stabilize the walls and floors. The floor adjacent to the bathroom and dining room was also sinking. The boys had to jack up that wall due to an inept contractor co that came out a few years before to do a complete rebuild of my bathroom, which was clearly thrown together. Nothing was to code by the prior company that did my bathroom rebuild a few years ago. Shane and Jonathan did a wonderful job and took so much care in making sure that everything was sturdy and safe for my husband and I. After the jacks were put in place then the reconstruct of our bathroom could begin. I honestly didn’t think they could reconstruct my bathroom, but they certainly performed a miracle considering the damage and what they had to work with. All I can say is my bathroom is a miracle performed by the crew at Panhandle and It’s gorgeous! It was a long process to rebuild my bathroom from the ground up to the ceiling, but Shane and Jonathan did a wonderful job and took so much care in making sure it was up to code and safe. Kudos to Shane and Jonathan!!! I highly recommend Panhandle and Restoration of Charleston, WV.

The level of expertise and customer service was absolutely outstanding, from start to finish. They carefully answered my questions and kept to the expected timeline. I couldn't be more satisfied with Panhandle and highly recommend them.

My family had a very small fire in our basement which resulted in smoke spread throughout the house. I reached out to Trey and the team from the Charleston office. Within a few hours Martin and Trey arrived at our house to begin looking over the project. They described everything that will need done and began the process of isolating our living area from the smoke affected area. Throughout the entire process the communication was excellent and we felt completely comfortable with the team from Panhandle. We had a mess when our daughter flooded our upstairs bathroom. Insurance wasn't very helpful and I was stressed. I called Kingsley and they were at my house within 15 mins. They were very transparent and very informative throughout the process. They were kind and very professional! As a real estate agent I have several vendors I recommend and honestly more that I don't. Kingsley is the BEST and I will for sure be recommending them for everyone that may need help with water mitigation! When my insurance company failed to assist me, Kingsley was able to ensure me that it was going to be alright! Wow, I cannot say enough great things about Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration. After my Mom's home got flooded on April 11th, we called Panhandle. They came out the same day to give us a very reasonable quote and started working with a crew the next day. Martin, Trey and the crew (Jonathon, RJ, WeWe and more) were very sensitive to the fact that my mother was devastated about her home being distroyed. They worked very effectively and fast. They took everything out of the home. They cleaned and put back what could be saved and put the remaining out for trash. They took up the floors and the drywall up to about 4 feet. All with a crew they completed the project in about 4 days. They went above and beyond to make the process much easier for my mom. They were angels in a time of need. So thankful for them. I am happy to report my positive experience with Panhandle Restoration in Springdale! The customer service was great. Courtney was helpful and good at communicating with me every step of the way. The gentleman that assessed our property (I believe his name is Brad), was knowledgeable—he explained everything and answered my questions. In the past, we had an awful experience with a different restoration company after we had a house fire—so I am grateful to Panhandle for taking such great care of us! The work was completed last summer and the moss on our roof hasn’t returned.

Outstanding job in every phase. I had standing water in a crawl space that was rapidly fouling. Panhandle arrived within 24 hours of my call, removed the water (150 gallons) within 1 hour, and completely decontaminated the space. Technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and driven to do quality work.

Zach of Panhandle Restoration kayaked down my driveway to assess the water damage from hurricane Debby. What! Thats an above and beyond customer service we all need especially in a crisis. The work was done quickly and I hope you never need water damage help but if you do, make the call to Zach at Panhandle. Oh, did I mention he answered the phone every-time I called. Superior service. This is a really great company. We've used them in our property management business for years and they've been excellent but they really stepped up for me when my own home needed lots of help. They're thorough, prompt, and exceptional.

Panhandle does not just clean and restore, they actually build anew. I wanted to get three estimates on a large flooring project for our home. Steve Ellish, from Panhandle, blew away the other two. Panhandle had the product and the people to get our job done. Steve coordinated the floor, new countertops, electrical, a new window, painting, cleaning and debris removal. Tina brought in a crew of cleaners that absolutely amazed us with their enthusiasm and thoroughness.

St. Paul's Church in Weston is very pleased with the professionalism and dedication of the team at Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration. Zack and his team have been amazing. Professional, courteous and expedited the clean up after flooding much faster than I had anticipated. It’s an ongoing issue, and Zack has kept in touch, referring plumber, electrician, and ongoing support. So glad I found Panhandle restoration! I would highly recommend them!

Recently had a nasty flood, thanks Debbie, in my condo and was referred to Panhandle and they were super responsive and professional and got on the job immediately, despite Sarasota being flooded all over, demo'd first day and provide a precise itemized description of each task. Place was fully cleared and dry much faster than I could have hoped. Zach was awesome directing his crew.
