Responded to extensive water damage caused by a broken kitchen water line during freezing temperatures that went undetected for approximately three days. Water intrusion affected the entire home, resulting in widespread saturation of flooring, walls, ceilings, and other building materials. Performed emergency water extraction, removal of damaged materials as necessary, structural drying, dehumidification, and moisture monitoring throughout the property to mitigate damage and prepare affected areas for restoration.
