Cottage 7 Pipe burst in upstairs bathroom. Water was frozen because the heat was off in the cabin. Now starting to melt and is dripping through the ceiling onto 1st floor.

Responded to a burst pipe in an upstairs bathroom of a seasonal cabin that froze after the heat was turned off. As temperatures increased, the frozen water began to thaw, causing water intrusion through the ceiling and into the first floor. Performed emergency mitigation services including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and moisture monitoring. Removed damaged materials as needed and completed reconstruction of affected ceilings, walls, and other impacted areas to restore the property to its pre-loss condition.
