DRAIN CLOGGED OUTSIDE BASEMENT DOOR AT BOTTOM OF STEPS AND MIGRATED INTO BASEMENT AFFECTING CARPETING IN FINISHED BASEMENT

A clogged drain outside the basement door at the bottom of the steps caused water to migrate into the finished basement, saturating the carpeting. We performed mitigation services, which included:

• Extracting water from affected carpet.

• Drying and dehumidifying the impacted areas.

• Monitoring moisture levels to ensure complete drying.

• Cleaning and sanitizing to prevent mold growth.
