Had pipes break underneath their singlewide trailer on & off since winter. Floors in kitchen, hallway and bathroom are warping. Underneath was wet, customer tore out the insulation.

Solutions provided:

Customer experienced intermittent pipe breaks under their singlewide trailer since the winter. As a result, the floors in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom began to warp. The area underneath the trailer was wet, and the customer removed the insulation themselves. Panhandle performed mitigation work to address water damage and assess structural concerns.
