I am the Maintenance Director for a local non-profit organization. We recently had a major project (mostly flooring) completed by Panhandle at one of our properties. From the beginning phases of the project until the very end, Steve E. the Flooring Division Manager for Panhandle along with the installers, subcontractors and cleaning crew were amazing. The project was competitively bid, professionally installed and completed on time and in budget. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Steve’s attention to detail is second to none. Kudos Panhandle!

Chris Baxter was our technician during Hurricane Milton. He was very sensitive to the fact that nerves were frayed. Throughout the process he remained calm, professional, and POSITIVE which really helped. He got us to a good point. In addition, he always provided an ETA and showed up when he said he would. I know he was working long hours and away from his own family and home which could not have been easy. Many thanks to him and to Panhandle.

They were first on the scene to address water damage and mold remediation. They have been very customer service oriented, proven trustworthy, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. Grateful to have had them on the job.

After our building was flooded in April, Panhandle and their crews did an outstanding job cleaning the areas, painting and restoring the area as it was before in a short time. Highly recommend!

Comment: Amazingly quick response and completely thorough examination of our condo and property following Hurricane Helene. Their workers were well trained to look for damage and mitigate any issues they found. I would recommend Panhandle 100% for any kind of cleanup and restoration work!

My house in Florida was flooded by Hurricane Debbie. Time is of the essence and Panhandle responded and brought in additional help to serve us. We were fortunate to have Trey Green manage our clean out operation. It was a total loss and everything had to go. I worked along side Trey for 7 days and was impressed with his work ethic each day (and night). No doubt their quick action saved us from more damage. He treated our project like it was his own. You cannot ask for a more conscientious project manager. Thank you Trey and the Panhandle team!

Zach arrived on time, assessed the concern and told us it was root growth from cracks in the foundation. We were happy to find out it was not mold. He also explained how to meditate the issue. This honest approach to customers is why I am keeping his business card for future use and to share with others.

Panhandle Cleaning remodeled my whole porch and i couldn't be happier with the services. The crew communicated with me through the whole process. The deck is absolutely beautiful. thank you for all your hard work. i have posted the results of me new deck.

The outcome of the service I received was greater than expected. My Floors and bathroom look great. Workers are very well educated in the work they provide. Only issue I had was one worker who was fairly new to job kept leaving gate open and my dogs got loose several times. I would definitely recommend them for any issues and will probably use them in the future.

Panhandle did a very good job for us. They came out promptly and to provide an estimate. They completed the job timely and for the estimate amount. We were quite satisfied with the quality of their work.

Panhandle has completed numerous projects for me at my place of employment - from floor to ceiling cleaning and cleaning air ducts to small construction jobs. Everyone I’ve worked with has been quick to respond, kind, and professional. They are my first call when I have something that needs done and exceeds our personal capabilities!

Trey did an excellent job for us when our house was flooded with over 18” of water. He was on time and worked continuous days until the clean up, demolishing and mitigation of wet drywall and mold removal. He was honest and straightforward on everything we interacted on. We had the utmost trust in him as he repaired our home. His workmanship is top of the line. You will be well taken care if Trey does your work! He is highly respected and recommended!

The servicemen from Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration were considerate of our home, courteous to us, and gave full explanations to what the furnace duct cleaning entailed. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends with an A+ rating.
