We had just moved to Florida and needed to have someone remove and replace bad flooring. General Manager Zach was responsive and communicated efficiently and the job was completed on time. Excellent quality of work.

Exceptional service, came through for us in a time of need. Given a large number of Covid cases, it was imperative that we quickly clean and sanitize work spaces to ensure the health and safety of our staff. Panhandle was quick to respond and provide a clear scope of work to perform the needed serves quickly. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

Was happy once the work was finished. It took a long time to have the work completed though because there was a shortage of workers and also workers calling off.

I had a partially flooded basement when I was out of the country, and Panhandle came to the rescue! The entire team helped ease a stressful situation and the cleaning crew did a FANTASTIC job restoring the antique tub that had been affected by the water damage. I also want to commend the office manager Kathy for her professionalism and kindness during this difficult time, and Chris who provided the cleaning quote. Everything was done well, done in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. If I ever have another "disaster," minor or major, I'm calling Panhandle!

Zack came over To my home on very short notice and was extremely professional and communicated all details that needed to be addressed. He also handled all of the insurance documentation and communication with my homeowners insurance. Very knowledgeable and skilled.
The dryers had to blow all weekend and he showed up immediately on Monday morning for next steps. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I couldn’t be happier with the service and process that was provided. The team was very thorough in explaining the process and following through on everything they said. The guys that came out on site were very professional and worked very quickly and made sure to tell us what they were doing and asked if some things could be moved before doing the job. If I have any needs at my home moving forward, I will be calling Panhandle to do the job before anyone else! I highly recommend them for any job you may have at hand that they can do. Also they do a lot more than what you may know so I would ask.

Panhandle was contracted to install glass block basement windows in our residence. From first step to last; we have been treated with courtesy, and excellent craftsmanship. An unexpected dust issue was also dealt with by Panhandle and we are so pleased! Happy that we chose Panhandle, and we won't hesitate to call them again.
Special kudos to William Taylor, who was our initial contact, Dave, who made sure the job ran smoothly, and Brandon and Patrick, who performed the job like the pros they are! Lastly, thanks to the super courteous cleaning crew, who are leaving us in great shape!

I have worked for many companies and these guys take care of the good employees. If you give an honest days work you never have an issue. The provide everything you need to do your job and if they don't have it they will get it for you.

We have used Panhandle for remodeling, carpet cleaning and various other projects around our home. Great work and great service.

I'm a little behind on getting this review out but on 7/31/20, I had my air ducts cleaned. The 2 gentlemen that came were on time, very knowledgeable and extremely kind. They put everything back the way it was and left no trace of being at my home. The staff when scheduling was also very nice and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

One of the most community minded organizations I have ever seen. Always looking for ways to help support others. A great success story that has been doing fantastic work for more than 40 years in the service industry. Way to go Panhandle. My only call for any cleaning / restoration needs for myself, family and friends!

Great company to work for!

Panhandle crew has been amazing. My house flooded from waterline break in my upstairs bathroom. I’ve been working with them for a few weeks now. Every employee has been so understanding compassionate and professional. Team manager Tim Capps has by far gone above and beyond to help me understand the process and ensure they were doing everything possible to get me moving in right directions. A few others Robert, Sara, Amber, and Branden I have had pleasure of working with. Good company and good people!!! Thanks for everything !
