Amazingly fast response to check our place following storm surge from Hurricane Helene. The workers were very well trained to check both inside our condo and in our crawl space underneath, as well as to plan for any mitigation that would be needed. We had our report the same day! Look no further if you need cleanup or restoration following this kind of disaster, Panhandle has you covered! I would recommend them 100%.

I’m the middle of January 2022 this company in Morgantown WV came to our home to start a project from a water leak. They came out and installed a tent in our living room. They came out with big promises of taking care of us. A few weeks after the tent install went by and they came back out and removed a humidifier from our living room. They told us within a couple days the remodel crew would be back out to complete the project. Again this was January 2022 so after weeks continue to go by without any communication I decide to call the direct number. At this point we had been more then patient and excepting of busy schedules. This was around the middle of February so a month had past. I get directed to a guy named Steve and he answered with much confusion about our job. He even admitted he didn’t realize our house had been exposed to outside air in the middle of winter with kids running around. He admitted on the phone our home seemed to be a priority and he was going to see what he could do to bump us up on the schedule. I was of course nice to him
Beyond Happy w/ Our New Ceiling & Recess Lighting … From initial call and estimate, to the day to day interaction with their team, to working with our project manager throughout every phase of the project, Panhandle was first class in their approach, communication, service, effort and value all while making sure that the project turned out exactly the way our family wanted. Paralleling that service and communication was the incredible quality of the work that they do. They transformed our large unfinished basement ceiling to a two-tiered finished, fully insulted, drywall ceiling with recessed lighting throughout and it turned out better than we could’ve expected … You Cannot Go Wrong w/ Panhandle & Their Team!!!

We had water damage and mold growth from a cracked pipe in the condominium above ours. This was especially troubling because the unit had been purchased only 14 days before this incident occurred. Zach and his crew responded promptly, tested the immediate area involved, isolated the space, carefully removed the affected drywall, and began the process of dehumidifying and scrubbing the air for any remaining spores. We are now initiating the restoration of the space to what it was before the incident. The professionalism, courtesy, and especially the attention to detail has been well above our expectations. We would immediately call on Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration if we ever had a similar problem again

There was flooding in my neighborhood for the first time and once the water was gone, I wasn’t sure how the water effected my walls. I spoke with Josh and a Panhandle crew came over and sprayed the walls so that I no longer had to worry about mold growing. Professional, timely and also such a relief having professionals sign off that my house was safe for me and my family.

Panhandle has been excellent throughout the flood remediation process. Despite there being a large number of flooded homes, they were able to send crews out very quickly to begin the process. Everyone who came to the house, from the managers to the work crews, were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They did a great job with the tear out and cleaning. We would definitely call them again!

Zach is highly professional, prompt, competent and truly interested in doing the right kind of job. His communication skills are excellent, his follow up is timely, and his written proposals clear, detailed and fair.
