Panhandle did two types of work at our property that was flooded in July. They cleaned the crawl space and the HVAC ductwork. We are pleased with their responsiveness and their professionalism. They responded quickly and maintained communication with us until the job was done. Thank you for a job well done.

100% recommend this company. My house flooded-I can’t even describe the mess! They were knowledgeable, efficient, worked with me, and were so kind during a time my emotions were everywhere! Martin, Trey, Matt, and the rest of their team are AMAZING!

They are prompt, professional and reliable. We experienced basement flooding late one evening and Panhandle Restoration came out the same night to clean up and remove damaged carpet and property. We were so impressed with how quickly they addressed the flooding and what a thorough job they did. Every member of their team we have interacted with has been easy to talk to, through in their explanations of the steps taken and friendly. I hope we don’t have to use a flooding clean up company again but if we do I know who we will call!

Im the maintenance engineer at a hotel in Weston, WV. Panhandle came very promptly and did an excellent and quick job of cleaning the damage up. We had 5' of water on our first floor. Ethan Sharps was the crew foreman on site and he was very informant and prompt to answer any of my questions I was very pleased with the way he handle job.

Dakota managed the clean up and did a great job. His team worked extremely hard throughout a difficult situation.

On 7/15 I found my basement flooded. I called Panhandle Cleaners and they were at my home in Fairmont a little over an hour after my call.They quickly assessed my situation and began handling the problem. All of the workers that worked on my my problem over a 3 day period were very knowledgeable and very polite. I highly recommend this company.

Comment: Your team was very respectful and quick to respond. The gentlemen that showed up worked hard all day and didn't complain. I am very grateful for the work you provided. I guess my only complaint would be that the bill was double what I thought it was going to be which was hard to swallow since it was coming out of pocket but at the end of the day I am still grateful.

Panhandle responded fairly quickly for initial mitigation clean up after parent’s house was flooded…. We did have to wait a couple weeks for the ductwork crew to come back and but once they got there they got right to work. Crews cleaned up the mess and hauled away all debris including ceiling insulation and old carpet.

Amazing people and very easy to work with! 10/10 recommend.
