Great Company, love working with them!!!!

We had water in our basement 5 days before Christmas. It was discovered at 8am the first person to arrive was the owner of the company. The workers were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the event of unexpected water in the house.

Panhandle did a great job cleaning my carpets in my new home and wish I could give them 5 stars but can't. The Morgantown, WV crew was an hour and a half late and the driver didn't give me a courtesy call to let me know. I had to call their office twice and the nice ladies there had to track down the crew and get an explanation on their tardiness. Lucas (or Luke) needs to work on his customer service as he didn't introduce himself, or said anything at all until I addressed it, and started looking at the carpets. So glad his buddy was there helping him as his customer service was great and introduced himself and did most of the work. Aside from that I do like how well my carpets we're cleaned and dried very fast.

Would never think about using another company! I have used this company many times for various tasks including: remodeling the first floor of my home (moving walls, painting, new flooring throughout, replacing all my windows), painting the exterior of my house, fixing my porch, replacing all my gutters and most recently they saved me on Christmas Eve when my sewer backed up in my basement! They have always been there for me when I needed them most. Every job has been done very professional and everyone I have talked to has been very knowledgeable in their field of expertise.

Great company and great service! They help get me out of a jam when my apartment flooded. They did exceptional work and were extremely friendly. I will never look to a different company for this type of job and highly recommend them!

Had water damage in our house and called panhandle. They were very quick to respond and identify our problem and fix it. They were extremely professional and courteous.

We hired Panhandle Custom Homes to build our new house. We went to them with a plan, and their estimators tailored it to our needs/wants and budget. The building process went smoothly. Weather caused the most setbacks - the summer of 2015 was unusually rainy - but it took just six months to complete the house. When we changed or upgraded features of our plan, the extra charges were reasonable. We were able to do a few things ourselves (like painting) to save some money. A few of the home's features are clear-span engineered beams, LVT floors, tall kitchen cabinets, an oversized garage with eight-foot doors, a second-floor laundry room, a large front porch and back patio area, and flat casing windows. Unfortunately we ran out out of nice weather to finish the landscaping, so that fifth star will come this spring.

I called to get an estimate on mold removal. They came the next day and did a full assessment of the area. Three days later, I had a full breakdown of the work estimate emailed to me.

I've had Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration cleaning my sofa and chair on several occasions. I have a 4 year old daughter that should sum it up. They were able to get all the stains and now it looks new. Thank you Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration.

Best restoration in town

Cleaned carpet very well. courteous, professional, very fast. Carpet looked good and dried fast. Moved all furniture and put on foam pads.
