The technicians were on time snd finished in a acceptable amount of time. Cleaning was thorough. Replaced furniture and were very pleasant! Thank you for your services. We will surely call again.

Only three hours after contacting Panhandle, Vince was at my door. I got my estimate within a few days and cleanup began the next day. My Erie Insurance agent recommended them and I am so glad they did. They removed wall to wall carpet and padding and lots of heavy water damaged wooden furniture.
I hope my basement never floods again but if it does I’ll call Panhandle.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Came out and inspected our bus for the damages and received a very reasonable quote after. They got our bus in quickly and it looks new! We had a fire extinguisher released in our bus and it had set in. The bus looks pristine now. No one can believe that they were able to clean the bus. excellent service and highly recommend!

We had water damage in our den from a storm and Brad and his team rebuilt what looks like an entire new room for us!! It looks amazing! The communication was easy and all of the guys were always so receptive to anything we questioned or needed changed! Our home is busy with kids and pets and my family was always a priority even when they were stretched thin! The entire team was accessible and incredibly kind and helpful! We are very pleased with Panhandle!

Great Compassion, these people helped me tremendously, I had black mold, they worked out a payment plan . That no others would do for me Good group of gentlemen took it out ,expertly. God Bless this company for ,the mold was making me very very sick, boarder line septic, my Doctor said. Panhandle was a miracle!

These guys were great! We had a major flood in our apartment from a malfunctioning sprinkler. Zach and his team came immediately and got right to work, cleaning the water and making sure it didn’t create a mold problem. They had a large wonderful crew, the right machinery and knew what to do. It was a relief to have such a competent team. They were extremely helpful during a very difficult time. We hope to never need their services again but if we had another flood, they would be the first people we would call.

Panhandle's workers were incredibly hard working and efficient. They were also very accommodating of special needs within our home. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had mold and water damage and we hired Panhandle and Zach the Manager. This was the best experience that we have had with any company in Florida. Zach represented us with our insurance company and has more knowledge than the insurance people. He finished our project and we are 100 percent satisfied with Panhandle and Zach. Zach and his crew restored my home after a fire. They did beautiful work, were honest, and constantly communicated with us. He managed the insurance company and all of the subcontractors.
