Got water in basement, got me clean and dry

I have worked for Panhandle as a skilled carpenter for almost 3 years now and was told by many not to take a job with Panhandle. I'm very happy I didn't take the advice from people that feel they should get a paycheck and not have to do much work to get it. panhandle is the best job I have ever had. And the way I have succeeded at this job is go to work do what I'm told and make the homeowner happy. And I hate seeing bad reviews because trust me the family that own the company did not know the truth do to a few bad apples that do not take pride in the work they are responsible to complete. I have the upmost respect for the ownership for my company they want to help people that are in a bad spot and truly care about the work being done the best it can and would never let subpar work be done by there workers. You can't make everyone happy!..some people just like to hate on everything

One of our bathrooms began leaking overnight, and we woke up to a 3-floor disaster. I was amazed at the response time and the professionalism of not only Vince, who led the job, but the crew (who were very friendly). I mean, who calls people "sir" anymore? Vince showed up in hours to start the process. He did a great job explaining everything (a process that took about 7 days), and began setting up fans. Early the next morning, the crew showed up, and under his direction, started the serious remediation process. The end result: everything damaged was removed and the entire place was dry. They left no stone unturned. I can't thank them enough for their great and responsive work. I'll be honest, I never heard of them before, but a friend recommended them. I strongly encourage you to use them, and would absolutely use them again (but I think we're good now!). We had water damage and mold growth from a cracked pipe in the condominium above ours. This was especially troubling because the unit had been purchased only 14 days before this incident occurred. Zach and his crew responded promptly, tested the immediate area involved, isolated the space, carefully removed the affected drywall, and began the process of dehumidifying and scrubbing the air for any remaining spores. We are now initiating the restoration of the space to what it was before the incident. The professionalism, courtesy, and especially the attention to detail has been well above our expectations.
