- Comment: The initial advisor/salesperson was good as was the follow up visit to check on the work. The actual people conducting the clean up did a very good job although they seemed a little inexperienced or better put lacked the depth of knowledge. The issue comes with billing as even asking for an invoice three times (once via voicemail and twice via email) it took seven weeks to be billed. When the invoice was sent to me it lacked any detail just having a single line for the cost. Having a flooded basement, I would not have argued on price but I would have appreciated more transparency in pricing.
