- Comment: We recently had sewage in our basement. Between all of the different people/companies we had to deal with, Panhandles employees were the only ones who were kind. They came out quickly in the night. The guys who showed up were so friendly and helpful. The people I spoke with in the office were sooo kind!! They were understanding of our situation and willing to help in whatever ways they could. Truly the only positive thing in something so terrible was Panhandle.
