I'm highly compelled to write to you and convey my sincerest of gratitude for the renovation work that has been performed at my home over the past several months. In doing so, I want to acknowledge the professionalism, hard work, positive attitudes and pride your workers took in making sure the job was done with the highest quality craftsmanship.
There are some specific individuals I want to commend to your attention that were on the job consistently that deserve special recognition. From my first dealings with Lawrence Mack and his responsiveness and continuing to follow through on the projects has made the experience enjoyable and lowered the stress level tremendously. Others include Jerry, & Josh who consistently worked diligently to complete the project. The supervisors Jacob and Dave always followed up and communicated.
You and you team must be so proud of the business you have developed over the years and I know that you feel the same as I do when it comes to knowing that employees make the difference in the success of a business.
Again, thank you for creating a wonderful experience for me in transforming my new residence. -
