• Comment: We had water damage and mold growth from a cracked pipe in the condominium above ours. This was especially troubling because the unit had been purchased only 14 days before this incident occurred. Zach and his crew responded promptly, tested the immediate area involved, isolated the space, carefully removed the affected drywall, and began the process of dehumidifying and scrubbing the air for any remaining spores. We are now initiating the restoration of the space to what it was before the incident. The professionalism, courtesy, and especially the attention to detail has been well above our expectations. We would immediately call on Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration if we ever had a similar problem again
