An HVAC unit became clogged and overflowed, flooding the upstairs area. The water soaked through the flooring and began dripping from the ceiling into the living room below. Our team performed mitigation services only, which included:
Water extraction from the upstairs flooring
Moisture mapping to determine the extent of water intrusion
Removal of saturated materials as needed to prevent further damage
Drying and dehumidification to affected areas upstairs and in the living room ceiling
Monitoring of moisture levels to ensure proper drying
