sump pump in his basement failed and he has about 1/2" of water in his basement that is more than his shop vac can handle. He would like crew this morning to extract water

Solutions provided:

Customer experienced a sump pump failure resulting in approximately ½ inch of standing water throughout the basement. The amount of water exceeded what could be removed with a shop vac. Our mitigation crew responded the same morning and completed the extraction and cleanup of the affected area.
