TRIED USING WET VAC AND MOP BUT WATER PROBABLY DAMAGED PARTICLE BOARD SUBFLOOR, INSULATION AND VAPOR BARRIER BELLY WRAP IN CRAWLSPACE. MAY HAVE ALSO DAMAGED HVAC DUCT WORK.

Solutions provided:

Kitchen sink pipe burst overnight in a double wide manufactured home, with water discovered around 7:00 AM. Customer attempted cleanup with a wet vac and mop. EMS crew performed mitigation, including water extraction, drying, and assessment of potential damage to the particle board subfloor, insulation, vapor barrier belly wrap in the crawlspace, and HVAC ductwork.
