stating she has water coming into the house and into the ceiling of the basement. she thinks its caused from the sliding doors but this house was built in 2017 and this problem has been looked at 4 times now by 4 different people. she wants estimate on if anything is wet and to fix problem if you can find it.

Water was entering the home and seeping into the basement ceiling, potentially from the sliding doors. The issue had been previously assessed multiple times without resolution. We provided mitigation services to determine moisture presence and address any affected materials. Reconstruction work was performed to repair damaged areas and resolve the underlying issue to prevent further water intrusion.
