there was a blockage that caused sewage to back up into basement. blockage was cleared by CRS. basement has 3 inches of sewer water, furniture and walls were effected.

Solutions provided:

A blockage in the plumbing system caused sewage to back up into the basement, resulting in approximately three inches of standing sewer water. The blockage was cleared by CRS. The backup affected furniture and walls in the basement. We performed mitigation services to extract the sewage, clean and sanitize the affected areas, and address any contamination.
