Solutions provided:

The home had been vacant for some time while the homeowner’s mother was in a nursing home. The family was alerted by the water department that approximately 8 gallons of water per minute were running inside the house. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the kitchen sink pipe had likely frozen and burst, causing water to pour into the home for several days. The entire kitchen was soaked, and water had made its way into the basement, saturating the ceiling. Due to accessibility issues, the daughter was unable to fully inspect the basement. We completed mitigation services to extract water and dry the affected areas, followed by reconstruction to restore the damaged kitchen and basement ceiling.
