sewage backed up into toilet (overflowed) and bath tub (filled 3/4 of the way), carpets are wet and he believes it is going through the walls in finished basement mitigation

Solutions provided:

Sewage backed up into the toilet, causing it to overflow, and also filled the bathtub about three-quarters full. The carpets in the finished basement became saturated, and the customer suspects the contamination has spread into the walls. We performed mitigation services to address the sewage backup and water damage.
